Lyophilizer Systems Windows 11 Upgrade

Microsoft has officially discontinued support for Windows 7, 8, and 8.1, with Windows 10 reaching end-of-life on October 14th, 2025. If your ATS Scientific Products Lyophilization System is running an outdated Windows version, your system is at risk of security vulnerabilities, operation failures and unplanned downtime.

Gateway Board Revision C01 – Position shift

An issue was discovered with gateway board revision C01 firmware that results in positions being shifted ~1mm. This shift is experienced when replacing to/from a C01 gateway board when the board revisions do not match. This firmware issue is resolved in controller version 3.0.54.0.

Controller Software 3.0.54.0 Boundary Upgrade

Upgrading controller software to version 3.0.54.0 or newer, on systems containing C01 Gateway Boards, may cause (~1mm) position shifts. It is recommended that after the upgrade, the user performs an encoder calibration then verifies positions. Effected positions include targets, region limits, and sync limits.
