Service Center

Our North American Service Center located in Wixom, Michigan provides customers in Canada, the United States, and Mexico with a high-quality end-to-end service experience. To better position our customers for success and future growth, the ATS NASC has a team of subject matter experts who are well-equipped to handle all customer needs, including sales, applications, project management, design, supply chain, assembly, and field service.

The ATS NASC has substantial experience in retools and system upgrades. For example, they are currently working with a number of automotive OEMs to make the transition from internal combustion engine (ICE) platforms to electric vehicle production. Other areas of expertise include low-volume systems, equipment obsolescence and refurbishments, machinery relocations, spare parts and part management, installations, technical support, and training.

Our European Service Center, located in Urbach, Germany, has been building and servicing automated manufacturing systems in the European market for over 60 years in Life Sciences, and other markets with a strong focus on standardization, precision, and efficiency.

Our service professionals in Europe are committed to meeting the evolving needs of our customers, working hard to ensure optimal asset performance through digitally enabled, lifecycle management services. An example is their centralized spares warehouse and tailored inventory management solutions. Empowering our customers with spares inventory and faster delivery, the ATS EUSC helps to streamline parts sourcing and inventory management, increasing the availability of critical parts to minimize downtime and risks for our customers.
